Our COO, Emmanuel Jack, brings to the table - strong attention to detail and the leadership skills to develop, inspire and motivate teams. He has excellent communication skills, driving collaboration and efficiency; and oversees the day to day operations from client-relations, marketing and sales, to quality inspections and logistics. In addition to assisting the CEO in a variety of tasks, driven by an unwavering desire for customer satisfaction, he is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company and continued alignment with its strategy, goals and vision.

Quality Manager

Feyessa Tolossa is the Quality Manager at Demeter Ethiopia. He oversees the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across all trading, quality, and logistics services, ensuring that all processes meet industry regulations and client expectations.
